Met de auto op reis gaan blijft één van de fijnste manieren om vrijheid te voelen. Je bepaalt zelf je tempo, je route en je stops. Geen wachtrijen, geen bagagelimieten, geen vaste schema’s. Stel: je bent al jaren fan van reizen, van vrijheid op het water of de geur van dennen in een bos en je overweegt om een boot of vakantiehuis te kopen. Het klinkt als de ultieme droom: een eigen stekkie voor weekends en vakanties, zonder telkens iets te huren of in een druk hotel te zitten. Maar voordat je die stap zet, is het slim om eerst goed na te denken.
Een eigen boot of vakantiehuis heeft veel aantrekkingskracht: het is jouw eigen plek om tot rust te komen, weg van dagelijkse beslommeringen. Je bepaalt zelf wanneer je gaat, met wie, en hoe lang je blijft. Voor veel reizigers voelt het als een rustpunt.
Tegelijkertijd is bezit geen vanzelfsprekendheid: het brengt verplichtingen en kosten mee die je niet moet onderschatten. Een vakantiehuis of boot is geen hotel of huurwoning. Reizen staat voor vrijheid. Geen vaste routine, geen agenda, alleen jij en de weg die zich ontvouwt. Toch weet elke reiziger dat echte vrijheid niet ontstaat uit chaos, maar uit overzicht. [message] => Alweer de laatste dag. Zucht. Vandaag alles uit de kast gehaald. De meiden ook.
Het elfenmeisje, zoals we de dame zonder spieren in bed noemen, volgde Lientje met haar ogen en er was een intens en koesterend moment dat indruk achterliet.
Tobi deed dingen die Tobi nou eenmaal moet doen en waar iedereen vrede mee heeft. Ook was hij dwangmatig op zoek naar chocola (met sinaasappelsnippers).
Bakkie pakte uit met de grote mutsenparade aan het eind van de dag waar iedereen graag aan mee deed. Het was heerlijk.
Vandaag ook bij wijze van experiment samen met Nederlandse vrijwilliger Jorien een bezoek aan bewoonster ‘Rosa’ gebracht. (Vanwege privacy is haar naam gewijzigd.) Rosa vertoont moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag; ze verdraagt geen kleding en gaat zich in de omgang steeds vreemder gedragen. Dit heeft tot gevolg dat personeel zich steeds verder van haar verwijderd enz enz. Een vicieuze cirkel. Tijdens de ontmoeting leefde ze op en gedurende de hele dag was haar gedrag open en vrolijk. Gewoon menselijk contact; een medicijn zonder bijwerkingen (en in principe betaalbaar).
We raken steeds meer gehecht aan ´onze´ meiden. En nou moeten we morgen weer vertrekken naar Nederland. We hebben nu al heimwee…

[message] => Na een middag en een avond rust weer vol aan de bak;. rond 9.30 uur daalden ze de trap af. Ikzelf was iets later. Toen ik beneden aankwam waren Lientje, Bakkie en Peer al vol aan de gang. Ik dwaalde wat rond en kwam uit bij Timmy en twee andere dames. In alle rust contact met hen opgebouwd. Op de achtergrond hoor ik de donkere schaterlach van Peer, aan de rechterkant de knetterzeep van Bakkie. Voor me zit Timmy, uiterst geduldig. De tweede dame is nieuwsgierig en wacht op haar beurt, de derde dame slaapt. Nadat ik er al een poosje zit en heen en weer beweeg, raak ik Timmy voorzíchtig aan. Eerst haar hand en daarna haar gezicht, soms met mijn handen en soms met een washand met frutsels. Ik stop nu weer even. Timmy wacht geduldig op iets nieuws. Dan blaas ik heel voorzichtig op haar hand en daarna langs haar wang. Er komt een glimlach en dan vult de gang zich met een lach die steeds groter en groter wordt. In mijn rug voel ik de ogen van een personeelslid die gespannen en geintereseerd mee kijkt. Als er even niet gelachen wordt vult de gang zich met tevredenheid. In mijn ooghoek kom er een treintje voorbij van drie rolstoelen waarvan één is gevuld met Lientje. Toet toet! Alles om me heen oogt tevreden en sereen. Ook mijn binnenste vult zich daarmee. Wat een top team zijn we toch met elkaar!
Vanmiddag hebben we niet gespeeld maar een overleg gehad met het team wat zich bezig houdt met Welzijn. We hebben veel geleerd van elkaar en afgesproken elkaar te blijven ondersteunen, nu en in de toekomst. Hoe tof is dat?

[message] => Na een ontbijt met reuze knakworstjes zijn we weer aan de slag gegaan. Peer had zijn hond Poe poe meegenomen. Een raszuivere boxer die er trouw achteraan hobbelt en die later ook werd gekaapt door verschillende bewoners. Met een grote vlag bij een deuropening werden allerlei fratsen uitgehaald. Lientje ging bij een slaapkamer naar binnen, daar was een mevrouw die duidelijk geen zin had in rode neus gedoe, dus Lientje droop af. Later was diezelfde mevrouw op de gang en stak ze in bij Lientje. De boodschap was duidelijk: er moest gelopen worden. Dus gingen we lopen, door de gangen en zo naar buiten om het hele gebouw heen. We hebben hele gesprekken gevoerd en ook al spreken we elkaars taal niet, we begrepen elkaar toch. Ze wist zo goed de weg dat ik er pas veel later achter kwam dat ze blind was…..
Later zat Lientje op de gang bij een mevrouw, het verplegend personeel bracht er snel nog een paar bewoners bij. Het is mooi om te zien dat de bewoners datliever zelf regelen en een aantal was zo weer weg. Anderen sloten weer aan die het wel interessant vonden, vooral de plumeau. Er werd tegen mij aangekropen en de knopen van mijn schortje kregen een inspectie. Tobi, Bakkie en Peer haalden zoals altijd weer veel fratsen uit.Het was vandaag weer heerlijk weer dus de zeepbelletjes vlogen buiten in het rond. Het was spelen rondom klimrekken en de wasrekken. Vandaag een halve dag de neus achterna want er staat vandaag een kleine excursie op het programma.

[message] => Arme Henk. Het lot koos hem vandaag als slachtoffer; we kunnen het niet leuker maken. Eerst was er de bewoner waar hij een uur aandacht en tijd aan spendeerde om dichterbij te mogen komen tot een verzorger de scène wreed verstoorde en de bewoonster zonder overleg meenam. En toen dacht hij opnieuw te kunnen beginnen bij een andere eenkennige bewoonster die na twintig minuten noeste arbeid op zijn mannelijke collega afvloog voor een knuffel. Wreed is het juiste woord. We voelden allemaal met hem mee. Na twee uur intensieve nazorg durven wij weer wat hoop te koesteren voor onze in het leven teleurgestelde en geplaagde collega. De andere miMakkers konden echter ongestoord spelen. Zo werd de droge spons verder gedrenkt. De feeststemming zat er verder goed in. Nu moet ik stoppen om een nieuwe fles zuurstof voor Henk te halen anders redt hij het niet tot morgen. Steek allemaal thuis voor hem een kaarsje aan…

[message] => Deze eerste dag gingen we na een uitgebreide rondleiding twee keer spelen. Omdat het heerlijk weer is zaten er veel meiden buiten. Drie miMakkers gingen de vitamine D achterna. Heerlijk op de schommelbank, mutsenspel en heel veel geknuffeld. Ballonnen en touw, neuriën of met muziekinstrumenten. Het huis is gedurende de afgelopen jaren echt opgeknapt. Het personeel heeft ook een glimlach op de gezichten als ze ons zien spelen met de meiden . Ook doen ze soms mee. De directrice heeft ons vanmorgen tijdens het ontbijt al verrast met een bezoek. Ze gaf aan dat de meiden naar ons hebben uitgekeken maar dat het ook veel brengt voor het personeel. "Ons huis is jullie huis” sprak ze. Een warm welkom deze eerste dag. We genieten volop samen met alle bewoners.

[message] => Vol goede moet zijn we vandaag aan aan onze werk reis begonnen. Om 7uur ontmoeten we elkaar in Vliegveld Eindhoven. We gaan 5 dagen spelen in het meiden/vrouwen huis in Hongarije. Na een goede vliegreis aangekomen in Debrecen waar we opgewacht werden door Jack (onze Nederlandse contactpersoon) en een van de bewoonsters van het huis. Vol buigingen en applaus en knuffels werden we onthaald. Mooier kon de reis niet beginnen. Op de weg naar het huis bijgekletst met Jack. Na een smakelijke warme lunch hebben we de kamers ingericht enzijnwe gaan wandelen. We hebben genoten van het mooi Hongaarse voorjaarsweer. Vanavond vroeg de kooi in om morgen vol aan de bak te gaan. De dames die we al hebben gezien hebben er zin in, en wij ook.

[message] => Een ander soort energie borrelt er in ons op. Na 5 dagen de mannen bezocht te hebben, ervaren we weer dat de ouderen in het verpleeghuis een, net wat andere benadering vragen. Dus we golven mee, op hun ritme, toegankelijkheid, kwetsbaarheid. Geertje, Spriet, Kloet, Meeltje en Ooke, verspreiden zich over de lange gang. Kloet houdt de bladmuziek wat dichter bij de ogen van de organist. Spriet zingt een onrustige dame in slaap. Geertje luistert geduldig naar de woorden van een Hongaarse dame. Ooke word erop gewezen door een strenge dame, dat er zojuist gedweild is en voetafdrukken achterlaat op de vloer. Meeltje dirigeert in de gang een Hongaars orkest. In het begin een prive concert, maar bewoners, aanwezige familie, personeel en miMakkers komen op de muziek af, zodat al snel de concert-gang vol staat met muziekliefhebbers.
Op de vrije middag gunnen we onszelf een middag vrij in de bruisende stad, Boedapest.

Alweer onze laatste speelochtend bij onze mannen.
Onder muzikale begeleiding van Kloet en Meeltje, gaan we alle groepen langs om gedag te zwaaien. Spriet, Ooke en Geertje, gewapend” met de Hollandse en Hongaarse vlag.
Deze polonaise is om gedag te zwaaien en niet om nog in contact te komen met de mannen.
Maar dan komen we bij een jongeman, alleen op de slaapkamer, op zijn bed. Langzaam komt hij omhoog en Geertje gaat naast hem zitten.
Lieve ogen kijken haar aan en hij laat zijn tere bovenlijf op haar schoot zakken. Draaiteven om zich te nestelen. Geertje slaat haar armen om hem heen, op de achtergrond neuriën de anderen door. Wat een prachtig, emotioneel moment. Tranen bij ons allemaal, maar ook bij de jongen vormt zich een traantje in zijn ooghoek.
En dan, dan moeten we toch verder, want de mannen van de sociogroep zitten op ons te wachten.

De aandacht valt even moeilijk te verdelen, want iedereen is zo enthousiast. Natuurlijk…. Maar al snel worden de ondeugende prikjes liefdevol en zijn de mannen niet zo stoer en hardhandig. Geertje gaat jongleren met plastic zakken, wat wordt overgenomen door een aantal mannen. Ooke zit in een hoekje, op de grond met een jongeman, die helemaal tot rust komt in de drukte. Deze jongeman en Ooke nemen samen hun momentje.

Nieuwsgierig zijn Kloet en Meeltje maar ook de mannen aan de andere kant.
Prikkels! Oja, prikkels…. Niet teveelheel! Onee… niet teveel…. Sssst…op de tenen…Samen naar binnen. Grote blijdschap, warme knuffels. Uitbundig dansend of saampjes stil in een hoekje….
Alles kan… ook gegrepen worden door het ongrijpbare…

[message] => Met een kleine ceremonie plaatsen we de rode neus op het beeld in de tuin. Nu is zij compleet met vlag en neus. Ons avontuur gaat beginnen.
Ooke, Spriet en Kloet gaan op weg naar De Vos en Meeltje en Geertje gaan een trap hoger naar De Kastanje.
De Vos herbergt een uiteenlopend spectrum aan jonge mannen. Zo heeft er een na even hanussen de tas van Kloet te pakken en in no time slingert de inhoud door de ruimte. Een andere onderzoekende gast kijkt vrolijk toe en wordt al snel in het spel betrokken.
In de hoek van de kamer ligt een jongeman stil in zijn bedje. Hij veert haast op als Spriet een ballon voor hem laat dansen.
Ooke krijgt liefdevol een hand op haar been als ze rustig tussen twee mannen in zit. De begeleiding was net te laat om dit moment op foto vast te leggen.
We krijgen het niet voor elkaar om tijdens het miMakkeren zelf foto’s te nemen.

Na een voorspoedige reis staat Micky ons al op te wachten op het vliegveld in het zonovergoten Boedapest. Hij brengt ons naar het huis in Dunaalmás. Gastvrij worden we ontvangen, door Livia de directrice, met lekkere soep en zoete broodjes. We maken een rondje door het huis om te laten zien dat we er weer zijn. We zijn nog in onze dagelijkse hoedanigheid, dus nog niet als miMakkers en misschien daarom is iedereen nog een beetje afwachtend. De bewoners, de begeleiding en wijzelf. Na het rondje brengt Josef ons naar de supermarkt waar we onze boodschappen gaan doen voor de komende dagen. Dat is snel gebeurd en thuis genieten we buiten, in de koelte, lekker van ons boterhammetje. Morgen gaat het echt beginnen!

[message] => Alweer de laatste dag. Zucht. Vandaag alles uit de kast gehaald. De meiden ook.
Het elfenmeisje, zoals we de dame zonder spieren in bed noemen, volgde Lientje met haar ogen en er was een intens en koesterend moment dat indruk achterliet.
Tobi deed dingen die Tobi nou eenmaal moet doen en waar iedereen vrede mee heeft. Ook was hij dwangmatig op zoek naar chocola (met sinaasappelsnippers).
Bakkie pakte uit met de grote mutsenparade aan het eind van de dag waar iedereen graag aan mee deed. Het was heerlijk.
Vandaag ook bij wijze van experiment samen met Nederlandse vrijwilliger Jorien een bezoek aan bewoonster ‘Rosa’ gebracht. (Vanwege privacy is haar naam gewijzigd.) Rosa vertoont moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag; ze verdraagt geen kleding en gaat zich in de omgang steeds vreemder gedragen. Dit heeft tot gevolg dat personeel zich steeds verder van haar verwijderd enz enz. Een vicieuze cirkel. Tijdens de ontmoeting leefde ze op en gedurende de hele dag was haar gedrag open en vrolijk. Gewoon menselijk contact; een medicijn zonder bijwerkingen (en in principe betaalbaar).
We raken steeds meer gehecht aan ´onze´ meiden. En nou moeten we morgen weer vertrekken naar Nederland. We hebben nu al heimwee…

[message] => Na een middag en een avond rust weer vol aan de bak;. rond 9.30 uur daalden ze de trap af. Ikzelf was iets later. Toen ik beneden aankwam waren Lientje, Bakkie en Peer al vol aan de gang. Ik dwaalde wat rond en kwam uit bij Timmy en twee andere dames. In alle rust contact met hen opgebouwd. Op de achtergrond hoor ik de donkere schaterlach van Peer, aan de rechterkant de knetterzeep van Bakkie. Voor me zit Timmy, uiterst geduldig. De tweede dame is nieuwsgierig en wacht op haar beurt, de derde dame slaapt. Nadat ik er al een poosje zit en heen en weer beweeg, raak ik Timmy voorzíchtig aan. Eerst haar hand en daarna haar gezicht, soms met mijn handen en soms met een washand met frutsels. Ik stop nu weer even. Timmy wacht geduldig op iets nieuws. Dan blaas ik heel voorzichtig op haar hand en daarna langs haar wang. Er komt een glimlach en dan vult de gang zich met een lach die steeds groter en groter wordt. In mijn rug voel ik de ogen van een personeelslid die gespannen en geintereseerd mee kijkt. Als er even niet gelachen wordt vult de gang zich met tevredenheid. In mijn ooghoek kom er een treintje voorbij van drie rolstoelen waarvan één is gevuld met Lientje. Toet toet! Alles om me heen oogt tevreden en sereen. Ook mijn binnenste vult zich daarmee. Wat een top team zijn we toch met elkaar!
Vanmiddag hebben we niet gespeeld maar een overleg gehad met het team wat zich bezig houdt met Welzijn. We hebben veel geleerd van elkaar en afgesproken elkaar te blijven ondersteunen, nu en in de toekomst. Hoe tof is dat?

[message] => Na een ontbijt met reuze knakworstjes zijn we weer aan de slag gegaan. Peer had zijn hond Poe poe meegenomen. Een raszuivere boxer die er trouw achteraan hobbelt en die later ook werd gekaapt door verschillende bewoners. Met een grote vlag bij een deuropening werden allerlei fratsen uitgehaald. Lientje ging bij een slaapkamer naar binnen, daar was een mevrouw die duidelijk geen zin had in rode neus gedoe, dus Lientje droop af. Later was diezelfde mevrouw op de gang en stak ze in bij Lientje. De boodschap was duidelijk: er moest gelopen worden. Dus gingen we lopen, door de gangen en zo naar buiten om het hele gebouw heen. We hebben hele gesprekken gevoerd en ook al spreken we elkaars taal niet, we begrepen elkaar toch. Ze wist zo goed de weg dat ik er pas veel later achter kwam dat ze blind was…..
Later zat Lientje op de gang bij een mevrouw, het verplegend personeel bracht er snel nog een paar bewoners bij. Het is mooi om te zien dat de bewoners datliever zelf regelen en een aantal was zo weer weg. Anderen sloten weer aan die het wel interessant vonden, vooral de plumeau. Er werd tegen mij aangekropen en de knopen van mijn schortje kregen een inspectie. Tobi, Bakkie en Peer haalden zoals altijd weer veel fratsen uit.Het was vandaag weer heerlijk weer dus de zeepbelletjes vlogen buiten in het rond. Het was spelen rondom klimrekken en de wasrekken. Vandaag een halve dag de neus achterna want er staat vandaag een kleine excursie op het programma.

[message] => Arme Henk. Het lot koos hem vandaag als slachtoffer; we kunnen het niet leuker maken. Eerst was er de bewoner waar hij een uur aandacht en tijd aan spendeerde om dichterbij te mogen komen tot een verzorger de scène wreed verstoorde en de bewoonster zonder overleg meenam. En toen dacht hij opnieuw te kunnen beginnen bij een andere eenkennige bewoonster die na twintig minuten noeste arbeid op zijn mannelijke collega afvloog voor een knuffel. Wreed is het juiste woord. We voelden allemaal met hem mee. Na twee uur intensieve nazorg durven wij weer wat hoop te koesteren voor onze in het leven teleurgestelde en geplaagde collega. De andere miMakkers konden echter ongestoord spelen. Zo werd de droge spons verder gedrenkt. De feeststemming zat er verder goed in. Nu moet ik stoppen om een nieuwe fles zuurstof voor Henk te halen anders redt hij het niet tot morgen. Steek allemaal thuis voor hem een kaarsje aan…

[message] => Deze eerste dag gingen we na een uitgebreide rondleiding twee keer spelen. Omdat het heerlijk weer is zaten er veel meiden buiten. Drie miMakkers gingen de vitamine D achterna. Heerlijk op de schommelbank, mutsenspel en heel veel geknuffeld. Ballonnen en touw, neuriën of met muziekinstrumenten. Het huis is gedurende de afgelopen jaren echt opgeknapt. Het personeel heeft ook een glimlach op de gezichten als ze ons zien spelen met de meiden . Ook doen ze soms mee. De directrice heeft ons vanmorgen tijdens het ontbijt al verrast met een bezoek. Ze gaf aan dat de meiden naar ons hebben uitgekeken maar dat het ook veel brengt voor het personeel. "Ons huis is jullie huis” sprak ze. Een warm welkom deze eerste dag. We genieten volop samen met alle bewoners.

[message] => Vol goede moet zijn we vandaag aan aan onze werk reis begonnen. Om 7uur ontmoeten we elkaar in Vliegveld Eindhoven. We gaan 5 dagen spelen in het meiden/vrouwen huis in Hongarije. Na een goede vliegreis aangekomen in Debrecen waar we opgewacht werden door Jack (onze Nederlandse contactpersoon) en een van de bewoonsters van het huis. Vol buigingen en applaus en knuffels werden we onthaald. Mooier kon de reis niet beginnen. Op de weg naar het huis bijgekletst met Jack. Na een smakelijke warme lunch hebben we de kamers ingericht enzijnwe gaan wandelen. We hebben genoten van het mooi Hongaarse voorjaarsweer. Vanavond vroeg de kooi in om morgen vol aan de bak te gaan. De dames die we al hebben gezien hebben er zin in, en wij ook.

[message] => Een ander soort energie borrelt er in ons op. Na 5 dagen de mannen bezocht te hebben, ervaren we weer dat de ouderen in het verpleeghuis een, net wat andere benadering vragen. Dus we golven mee, op hun ritme, toegankelijkheid, kwetsbaarheid. Geertje, Spriet, Kloet, Meeltje en Ooke, verspreiden zich over de lange gang. Kloet houdt de bladmuziek wat dichter bij de ogen van de organist. Spriet zingt een onrustige dame in slaap. Geertje luistert geduldig naar de woorden van een Hongaarse dame. Ooke word erop gewezen door een strenge dame, dat er zojuist gedweild is en voetafdrukken achterlaat op de vloer. Meeltje dirigeert in de gang een Hongaars orkest. In het begin een prive concert, maar bewoners, aanwezige familie, personeel en miMakkers komen op de muziek af, zodat al snel de concert-gang vol staat met muziekliefhebbers.
Op de vrije middag gunnen we onszelf een middag vrij in de bruisende stad, Boedapest.

Alweer onze laatste speelochtend bij onze mannen.
Onder muzikale begeleiding van Kloet en Meeltje, gaan we alle groepen langs om gedag te zwaaien. Spriet, Ooke en Geertje, gewapend” met de Hollandse en Hongaarse vlag.
Deze polonaise is om gedag te zwaaien en niet om nog in contact te komen met de mannen.
Maar dan komen we bij een jongeman, alleen op de slaapkamer, op zijn bed. Langzaam komt hij omhoog en Geertje gaat naast hem zitten.
Lieve ogen kijken haar aan en hij laat zijn tere bovenlijf op haar schoot zakken. Draaiteven om zich te nestelen. Geertje slaat haar armen om hem heen, op de achtergrond neuriën de anderen door. Wat een prachtig, emotioneel moment. Tranen bij ons allemaal, maar ook bij de jongen vormt zich een traantje in zijn ooghoek.

De aandacht valt even moeilijk te verdelen, want iedereen is zo enthousiast. Natuurlijk…. Maar al snel worden de ondeugende prikjes liefdevol en zijn de mannen niet zo stoer en hardhandig. Geertje gaat jongleren met plastic zakken, wat wordt overgenomen door een aantal mannen. Ooke zit in een hoekje, op de grond met een jongeman, die helemaal tot rust komt in de drukte. Deze jongeman en Ooke nemen samen hun momentje.

Dan komen ze in beeld, samen in de vertraging.
Grote ogen, verwondering, met als hartverwarmend hoogtepunt: een grote glimlach.
Een deur. Geklop, gebons, getrommel.
Nieuwsgierig zijn Kloet en Meeltje maar ook de mannen aan de andere kant.
Prikkels! Oja, prikkels…. Niet teveelheel! Onee… niet teveel…. Sssst…op de tenen…Samen naar binnen. Grote blijdschap, warme knuffels. Uitbundig dansend of saampjes stil in een hoekje….
Alles kan… ook gegrepen worden door het ongrijpbare…

[message] => Met een kleine ceremonie plaatsen we de rode neus op het beeld in de tuin. Nu is zij compleet met vlag en neus. Ons avontuur gaat beginnen.
Ooke, Spriet en Kloet gaan op weg naar De Vos en Meeltje en Geertje gaan een trap hoger naar De Kastanje.
De Vos herbergt een uiteenlopend spectrum aan jonge mannen. Zo heeft er een na even hanussen de tas van Kloet te pakken en in no time slingert de inhoud door de ruimte. Een andere onderzoekende gast kijkt vrolijk toe en wordt al snel in het spel betrokken.
In de hoek van de kamer ligt een jongeman stil in zijn bedje. Hij veert haast op als Spriet een ballon voor hem laat dansen.
Ooke krijgt liefdevol een hand op haar been als ze rustig tussen twee mannen in zit. De begeleiding was net te laat om dit moment op foto vast te leggen.
We krijgen het niet voor elkaar om tijdens het miMakkeren zelf foto’s te nemen.

[message] => Vanmorgen allemaal vroeg uit de veren om op tijd het vliegtuig te pakken naar Hongarije. Spannend voor iedereen. Na een voorspoedige reis staat Micky ons al op te wachten op het vliegveld in het zonovergoten Boedapest. Hij brengt ons naar het huis in Dunaalmás. Gastvrij worden we ontvangen, door Livia de directrice, met lekkere soep en zoete broodjes. We maken een rondje door het huis om te laten zien dat we er weer zijn. We zijn nog in onze dagelijkse hoedanigheid, dus nog niet als miMakkers en misschien daarom is iedereen nog een beetje afwachtend. De bewoners, de begeleiding en wijzelf. Na het rondje brengt Josef ons naar de supermarkt waar we onze boodschappen gaan doen voor de komende dagen. Dat is snel gebeurd en thuis genieten we buiten, in de koelte, lekker van ons boterhammetje. Morgen gaat het echt beginnen!

[message] => Alweer de laatste dag. Zucht. Vandaag alles uit de kast gehaald. De meiden ook.
Het elfenmeisje, zoals we de dame zonder spieren in bed noemen, volgde Lientje met haar ogen en er was een intens en koesterend moment dat indruk achterliet.
Tobi deed dingen die Tobi nou eenmaal moet doen en waar iedereen vrede mee heeft. Ook was hij dwangmatig op zoek naar chocola (met sinaasappelsnippers).
Bakkie pakte uit met de grote mutsenparade aan het eind van de dag waar iedereen graag aan mee deed. Het was heerlijk.
Vandaag ook bij wijze van experiment samen met Nederlandse vrijwilliger Jorien een bezoek aan bewoonster ‘Rosa’ gebracht. (Vanwege privacy is haar naam gewijzigd.) Rosa vertoont moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag; ze verdraagt geen kleding en gaat zich in de omgang steeds vreemder gedragen. Dit heeft tot gevolg dat personeel zich steeds verder van haar verwijderd enz enz. Een vicieuze cirkel. Tijdens de ontmoeting leefde ze op en gedurende de hele dag was haar gedrag open en vrolijk. Gewoon menselijk contact; een medicijn zonder bijwerkingen (en in principe betaalbaar).
We raken steeds meer gehecht aan ´onze´ meiden. En nou moeten we morgen weer vertrekken naar Nederland. We hebben nu al heimwee…

[message] => Na een middag en een avond rust weer vol aan de bak;. rond 9.30 uur daalden ze de trap af. Ikzelf was iets later. Toen ik beneden aankwam waren Lientje, Bakkie en Peer al vol aan de gang. Ik dwaalde wat rond en kwam uit bij Timmy en twee andere dames. In alle rust contact met hen opgebouwd. Op de achtergrond hoor ik de donkere schaterlach van Peer, aan de rechterkant de knetterzeep van Bakkie. Voor me zit Timmy, uiterst geduldig. De tweede dame is nieuwsgierig en wacht op haar beurt, de derde dame slaapt. Nadat ik er al een poosje zit en heen en weer beweeg, raak ik Timmy voorzíchtig aan. Eerst haar hand en daarna haar gezicht, soms met mijn handen en soms met een washand met frutsels. Ik stop nu weer even. Timmy wacht geduldig op iets nieuws. Dan blaas ik heel voorzichtig op haar hand en daarna langs haar wang. Er komt een glimlach en dan vult de gang zich met een lach die steeds groter en groter wordt. In mijn rug voel ik de ogen van een personeelslid die gespannen en geintereseerd mee kijkt. Als er even niet gelachen wordt vult de gang zich met tevredenheid. In mijn ooghoek kom er een treintje voorbij van drie rolstoelen waarvan één is gevuld met Lientje. Toet toet! Alles om me heen oogt tevreden en sereen. Ook mijn binnenste vult zich daarmee. Wat een top team zijn we toch met elkaar!
Vanmiddag hebben we niet gespeeld maar een overleg gehad met het team wat zich bezig houdt met Welzijn. We hebben veel geleerd van elkaar en afgesproken elkaar te blijven ondersteunen, nu en in de toekomst. Hoe tof is dat?

[message] => Na een ontbijt met reuze knakworstjes zijn we weer aan de slag gegaan. Peer had zijn hond Poe poe meegenomen. Een raszuivere boxer die er trouw achteraan hobbelt en die later ook werd gekaapt door verschillende bewoners. Met een grote vlag bij een deuropening werden allerlei fratsen uitgehaald. Lientje ging bij een slaapkamer naar binnen, daar was een mevrouw die duidelijk geen zin had in rode neus gedoe, dus Lientje droop af. Later was diezelfde mevrouw op de gang en stak ze in bij Lientje. De boodschap was duidelijk: er moest gelopen worden. Dus gingen we lopen, door de gangen en zo naar buiten om het hele gebouw heen. We hebben hele gesprekken gevoerd en ook al spreken we elkaars taal niet, we begrepen elkaar toch. Ze wist zo goed de weg dat ik er pas veel later achter kwam dat ze blind was…..
Later zat Lientje op de gang bij een mevrouw, het verplegend personeel bracht er snel nog een paar bewoners bij. Het is mooi om te zien dat de bewoners datliever zelf regelen en een aantal was zo weer weg. Anderen sloten weer aan die het wel interessant vonden, vooral de plumeau. Er werd tegen mij aangekropen en de knopen van mijn schortje kregen een inspectie. Tobi, Bakkie en Peer haalden zoals altijd weer veel fratsen uit.Het was vandaag weer heerlijk weer dus de zeepbelletjes vlogen buiten in het rond. Het was spelen rondom klimrekken en de wasrekken. Vandaag een halve dag de neus achterna want er staat vandaag een kleine excursie op het programma.

[message] => Arme Henk. Het lot koos hem vandaag als slachtoffer; we kunnen het niet leuker maken. Eerst was er de bewoner waar hij een uur aandacht en tijd aan spendeerde om dichterbij te mogen komen tot een verzorger de scène wreed verstoorde en de bewoonster zonder overleg meenam. En toen dacht hij opnieuw te kunnen beginnen bij een andere eenkennige bewoonster die na twintig minuten noeste arbeid op zijn mannelijke collega afvloog voor een knuffel. Wreed is het juiste woord. We voelden allemaal met hem mee. Na twee uur intensieve nazorg durven wij weer wat hoop te koesteren voor onze in het leven teleurgestelde en geplaagde collega. De andere miMakkers konden echter ongestoord spelen. Zo werd de droge spons verder gedrenkt. De feeststemming zat er verder goed in. Nu moet ik stoppen om een nieuwe fles zuurstof voor Henk te halen anders redt hij het niet tot morgen. Steek allemaal thuis voor hem een kaarsje aan…

[message] => Deze eerste dag gingen we na een uitgebreide rondleiding twee keer spelen. Omdat het heerlijk weer is zaten er veel meiden buiten. Drie miMakkers gingen de vitamine D achterna. Heerlijk op de schommelbank, mutsenspel en heel veel geknuffeld. Ballonnen en touw, neuriën of met muziekinstrumenten. Het huis is gedurende de afgelopen jaren echt opgeknapt. Het personeel heeft ook een glimlach op de gezichten als ze ons zien spelen met de meiden . Ook doen ze soms mee. De directrice heeft ons vanmorgen tijdens het ontbijt al verrast met een bezoek. Ze gaf aan dat de meiden naar ons hebben uitgekeken maar dat het ook veel brengt voor het personeel. "Ons huis is jullie huis” sprak ze. Een warm welkom deze eerste dag. We genieten volop samen met alle bewoners.

[message] => Vol goede moet zijn we vandaag aan aan onze werk reis begonnen. Om 7uur ontmoeten we elkaar in Vliegveld Eindhoven. We gaan 5 dagen spelen in het meiden/vrouwen huis in Hongarije. Na een goede vliegreis aangekomen in Debrecen waar we opgewacht werden door Jack (onze Nederlandse contactpersoon) en een van de bewoonsters van het huis. Vol buigingen en applaus en knuffels werden we onthaald. Mooier kon de reis niet beginnen. Op de weg naar het huis bijgekletst met Jack. Na een smakelijke warme lunch hebben we de kamers ingericht enzijnwe gaan wandelen. We hebben genoten van het mooi Hongaarse voorjaarsweer. Vanavond vroeg de kooi in om morgen vol aan de bak te gaan. De dames die we al hebben gezien hebben er zin in, en wij ook.

[message] => Een ander soort energie borrelt er in ons op. Na 5 dagen de mannen bezocht te hebben, ervaren we weer dat de ouderen in het verpleeghuis een, net wat andere benadering vragen. Dus we golven mee, op hun ritme, toegankelijkheid, kwetsbaarheid. Geertje, Spriet, Kloet, Meeltje en Ooke, verspreiden zich over de lange gang. Kloet houdt de bladmuziek wat dichter bij de ogen van de organist. Spriet zingt een onrustige dame in slaap. Geertje luistert geduldig naar de woorden van een Hongaarse dame. Ooke word erop gewezen door een strenge dame, dat er zojuist gedweild is en voetafdrukken achterlaat op de vloer. Meeltje dirigeert in de gang een Hongaars orkest. In het begin een prive concert, maar bewoners, aanwezige familie, personeel en miMakkers komen op de muziek af, zodat al snel de concert-gang vol staat met muziekliefhebbers.
Op de vrije middag gunnen we onszelf een middag vrij in de bruisende stad, Boedapest.

Het is een warm weerzien met Krisztina en Ilonka. We worden bijgepraat en in de watten gelegd.
Spriet, Geertje, Kloet, Meeltje en Ooke gaan samen de bewoners ont-moeten.
Groots, psalmengezang met organist en miMakkerkoor.
Klein, samen dansen met voeten, ontdekken, voelen, een neus, een wang, een oor, liefdevol aaien, een lach.

Alweer onze laatste speelochtend bij onze mannen.
Onder muzikale begeleiding van Kloet en Meeltje, gaan we alle groepen langs om gedag te zwaaien. Spriet, Ooke en Geertje, gewapend” met de Hollandse en Hongaarse vlag.
Deze polonaise is om gedag te zwaaien en niet om nog in contact te komen met de mannen.
Maar dan komen we bij een jongeman, alleen op de slaapkamer, op zijn bed. Langzaam komt hij omhoog en Geertje gaat naast hem zitten.
Lieve ogen kijken haar aan en hij laat zijn tere bovenlijf op haar schoot zakken. Draaiteven om zich te nestelen. Geertje slaat haar armen om hem heen, op de achtergrond neuriën de anderen door. Wat een prachtig, emotioneel moment. Tranen bij ons allemaal, maar ook bij de jongen vormt zich een traantje in zijn ooghoek.
En dan, dan moeten we toch verder, want de mannen van de sociogroep zitten op ons te wachten.

[message] => Geertje en Ooke stappen de groep van vanmiddag binnen. Grote, stoere mannen komen naar Geertje en Ooke gelopen en geven hen pijnlijke denkbeeldige, prikjes. De aandacht valt even moeilijk te verdelen, want iedereen is zo enthousiast. Natuurlijk…. Maar al snel worden de ondeugende prikjes liefdevol en zijn de mannen niet zo stoer en hardhandig. Geertje gaat jongleren met plastic zakken, wat wordt overgenomen door een aantal mannen. Ooke zit in een hoekje, op de grond met een jongeman, die helemaal tot rust komt in de drukte. Deze jongeman en Ooke nemen samen hun momentje.

Een bedje, voeten, een bundeltje mens… Twee clowns… ritmische voetstappen als begeleiding van het melodische gemompel.
Dan komen ze in beeld, samen in de vertraging.
Grote ogen, verwondering, met als hartverwarmend hoogtepunt: een grote glimlach.
Een deur. Geklop, gebons, getrommel.
Nieuwsgierig zijn Kloet en Meeltje maar ook de mannen aan de andere kant.
Prikkels! Oja, prikkels…. Niet teveelheel! Onee… niet teveel…. Sssst…op de tenen…Samen naar binnen. Grote blijdschap, warme knuffels. Uitbundig dansend of saampjes stil in een hoekje….
Alles kan… ook gegrepen worden door het ongrijpbare…

[message] => Met een kleine ceremonie plaatsen we de rode neus op het beeld in de tuin. Nu is zij compleet met vlag en neus. Ons avontuur gaat beginnen.
Ooke, Spriet en Kloet gaan op weg naar De Vos en Meeltje en Geertje gaan een trap hoger naar De Kastanje.
De Vos herbergt een uiteenlopend spectrum aan jonge mannen. Zo heeft er een na even hanussen de tas van Kloet te pakken en in no time slingert de inhoud door de ruimte. Een andere onderzoekende gast kijkt vrolijk toe en wordt al snel in het spel betrokken.
In de hoek van de kamer ligt een jongeman stil in zijn bedje. Hij veert haast op als Spriet een ballon voor hem laat dansen.
Ooke krijgt liefdevol een hand op haar been als ze rustig tussen twee mannen in zit. De begeleiding was net te laat om dit moment op foto vast te leggen.
We krijgen het niet voor elkaar om tijdens het miMakkeren zelf foto’s te nemen.

[message] => Vanmorgen allemaal vroeg uit de veren om op tijd het vliegtuig te pakken naar Hongarije. Spannend voor iedereen. Na een voorspoedige reis staat Micky ons al op te wachten op het vliegveld in het zonovergoten Boedapest. Hij brengt ons naar het huis in Dunaalmás. Gastvrij worden we ontvangen, door Livia de directrice, met lekkere soep en zoete broodjes. We maken een rondje door het huis om te laten zien dat we er weer zijn. We zijn nog in onze dagelijkse hoedanigheid, dus nog niet als miMakkers en misschien daarom is iedereen nog een beetje afwachtend. De bewoners, de begeleiding en wijzelf. Na het rondje brengt Josef ons naar de supermarkt waar we onze boodschappen gaan doen voor de komende dagen. Dat is snel gebeurd en thuis genieten we buiten, in de koelte, lekker van ons boterhammetje. Morgen gaat het echt beginnen!
